  3. What do you enjoy doing most?  Working after a long break or Not working after working for a long time
  4. What is your biggest pet peeve?  It's a difficult question. Cannot think of anything on top of my mind.
  5. What talent would you like to have?  Dancing
  6. What do you most value in a colleague?  Open-mindedness
  7. What is your motto?  Don't wait until you are ready
  8. People would be surprised to know…  I've done standup comedy many times
  9. Are you a morning person or night owl?  Morning person.
  10. If you were stuck on a desert island, what three things would you need to have with you?  Water. Food. Satellite phone.

Bio: Zhujun's research focuses on developing nano-optical devices for advanced light control, with applications ranging from remote sensing to quantum technology. Before joining Pitt, she was a research scientist at Meta Reality Labs, where she is responsible for developing cutting-edge nanophotonic technology and platforms for augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) displays. She earned her undergraduate degree in physics from Tsinghua University in 2015, and obtained her PhD in Physics from Harvard University in 2020.
