Title: Composite Higgs and Dark Matter

Abs: We investigate a model of composite Higgs based on a hyper-color group with 4 Dirac fermions. At low energy, the model has a global symmetry SU(4)xSU(4) broken to the diagonal SU(4) containing 2 doublets, 2 triplets and 1 singlet in which the first doublet can be identified as the SM Higgs doublet. We study in detail the issue of the vacuum alignment. Under certain conditions on the Yukawa coupling, the lightest one of the second doublet and the triplets is stable and thus can play the role of Dark Matter. We identify the parameter space that can survive from the constraints from relic abundance, indirect detection and direct detection. The possibility of partial compositeness will also be discussed.
